Project Samples

Here are a few examples of projects that I do in my classroom. These are all part of a second grade unit on exploration that I designed with a focus on mountain, polar, deep sea, space, and cave exploration.

Water Unit (6 weeks)

This is a fully integrated 6 week IB unit about water conservation, pollution, water around the world and how to protect our water resources. I wrote this unit for a first grade class I was teaching.

Newsletter Examples

In addition to regular emails, every year I create a website for my class to communicate with parents about what is going on in the classroom. A big component of that website is the class newsletter.
